Summer Party at Precise Metal Production GmbH & Co. KG: A Celebration of Good Cheer and an Emotional Farewell
Despite the rainy weather, the summer party of Precise Metal Production GmbH & Co. KG could not be dampened this year. A total of 74 registrations, including numerous employees with their families, created a great atmosphere. The children had a lot of fun on the bouncy castle, crafting, painting, and playing table football.
Guests were once again treated to delicious burgers from the Provenzano family, and as a very special surprise, Mr. Marco Marotta’s mobile soft-serve ice cream truck arrived, providing additional joy with sweet ice cream. Despite the bad weather, the mood was consistently excellent – it was a successful celebration that will be remembered for a long time.
A particularly emotional moment of the evening was the farewell to Mr. Karl-Heinz Spitzer, who was sent into well-deserved retirement after 12 years of service with the company. Managing Director Mr. Christian Wordl honored his exceptional achievements and tireless dedication to the company. Karl-Heinz Spitzer began his career at PMP as Production Manager and significantly shaped the company’s development with his expertise and commitment.
From October 2015, he assumed responsibility as a shareholder and, during this time, was not only active in management but also contributed many important visions and ideas. Particularly noteworthy is his successful leadership of purchasing from April 2018, which he mastered with flying colors. From November 1, 2021, until today, Karl-Heinz Spitzer was then responsible for pre- and post-calculation. In this role, he was an important point of contact for commercial and technical matters. After many years of successful work and numerous challenges, Karl-Heinz Spitzer will retire on August 31, 2025.
As part of the farewell, the employees presented Mr. Spitzer with a heartfelt farewell gift as a thank you for many years of collaboration. Numerous employees also took the opportunity to personally express their gratitude to Karl-Heinz Spitzer and emphasize their appreciation for his performance and support over the years.
“Karl-Heinz, we sincerely thank you for everything you have done for us and the company over all these years. Your expertise, loyalty, and passion will be missed”, said Mr. Wordl at the farewell.
The summer party was a beautiful conclusion to this eventful period – a celebration of community and gratitude that once again underscored the bond within Precise Metal Production GmbH & Co. KG.
