Quality awareness
With a high degree of quality awareness, selected, detailed tests are carried out in all work processes to ensure that the quality corresponds to the drawing specifications. A fully air-conditioned measuring room with a vibration-free floor and the finest measuring technology is available for this purpose:

Already in the planning phase, we work in an interdisciplinary manner and can meet even the highest demands by means of comprehensive project management with FMEA, control plans and parts life cycles.
This advance quality planning is supplemented by part-specific inspection plans, statistical process controls and machine or process capability verifications as well as a practiced technical cleanliness in production in accordance with the standards of ISO/TS 16949.
Proof of test equipment capability in accordance with the specifications of MSA-QS9000 or VDA 5 is also a matter of course for us. In addition, we cooperate with accredited testing laboratories.
